Cannot Log on to my account through SL website

Hi

Since the last update, I cannot log on to my account through SL's website on the computer I use for SL---------but I can through another computer in the house.

All I get is repeated log in screens on the website with no error message at all.
I cannot send money back to my av from SLX either--says invalid account.

Since it is only happening on one compter (my main one) There as to be a bad file or something in that computer. I have cleared the cache and reinstalled SL from scratch
but something is corrupted and is not being replaced.

Is anybody else having this trouble? Is there any way to make sure that everything about
SL is removed from this machine, so that I would know that all files are being replaced if ti load a fresh copy of SL?

Virus scan says machine is clean. Security settings in the browse have not be changed. and I can access all other internet accounts fine--such as online banking.

Have asked for support from LL but in 4 days have received nothing. Phone calls to them result in the instruction to send a support ticket--which I have done days and days ago.

any clues as to what I can do? I cannot get to anything--transactions, friends, anything from the big computer I use----not even this forum. I cannot run my SL business from that computer. I am having to using an old laptop compute to even post this.

Any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried clearing cookies? Or using a different browser?
