Is there a method to automatically split parcels based on an input of parcels sizes wanted? Or we have to rely by manually splitting them?

the only way to split them is to open your "edit terrain" menu, so i'd have to say that manually choosing the size/shape is the only option.
why would anyone want to split a parcel without seeing what they are doing? except maybe an ad farmer who wants to turn a single 512m into 32 16m...... ugh. _____________________

No there is no automatic way, but you'll be suprised how fast you learn, ...512 = 4 x 8 sections 1024 = 8x8 sections
