For about a week now i have no hover text when i go into shops or well anywhere really. Which means i have to click on everything to find out about it. I have heard people say about resetting it, ok great but how do i reset it, if that is what i need to do. Any help would be great to save me time clicking on things to find prices ext. thanks

Are you sure you mean hovertext?
If you mean the pop-up tags called "hover-tips", look under the view menu, "Hover-Tips", "Show tips".
There is a bug where hovertext goes missing on child prims, but that has been fixed on the most recent viewer... I think. Leastways it hans't affected me in a while.
