Gov Linden will not force the sale of any plots to you. If you own land surrounding the Gov Linden 16, you can get it for dirt cheap if you file a ticket. If you don't own land surrounding the 16, but only adjacent to it, ask nicely and see what happens. Hopefully they won't put it up for auction.

I purchased a chopped up 512 lot about a month ago. Some of the 16m plots with it were for sale at a low price so I bought them. Each purchase was recombined into the original. Four lots were left... I contacted each owner and made an offer of $L750 each after the rule change went into effect.
Today I get an IM offering one of the plots for $L200 and for sale only to me. So I bought it right away. The three remaining plots have all changed hands to new groups. Two plots will only trade for the same size plot or larger on the same sim. (same as the previous group owner). Moving the problem to another part of the sim won't help anything. All the ads have been removed so at least I have that much going for me.
The third plot... it was for sale $L10,000. When the rule change came about the land was no longer for sale. Today when I checked, the land belongs to: Gov Linden.
I did not file an AR on the owners because I felt the system would be overloaded and the land was no longer for sale. I want to submit a ticket to request Gov Linden sell me his 16m plot and force the sale of the other two plots. I am willing to put the resulting 512 plot up for sale once I own the whole thing. I am even willing to give the entire plot back to Gov Linden if they will eliminate the 16m plots.
So am I on the right track? Delusional? What?
Oh yes, the Ticket System for premium accounts is down.
"CX" I have the attention span of a gnat. If those are Ninja plots, either IM me again, or just wait for the bots to price them down in 1-2 days. |

I don't know what a Ninja plot is...
We aren't allowed to mention the owners names in the forum. I can follow rules even though we don't have a moderator.
My land complete surrounds two of the plots, one owned by Gov Linden.
If I can get this cleared up San Gabriele will have no 16m plots.
