Permissons changing in vendor boxes

Has anyone else noticed this problem recently. I just found numerous items in my vendor boxes had permissions changed from Mod/Copy to Copy only. I had to go through and reset numerous items in 4 different vendor boxes so far. Still checking the rest.

This is about the 4th or 5th time this year this has happened. It sure gets old having to check and reset everything.

Yes, happened to me, and in fact cascaded to the copies I had in my inventory! Beyond troublesome; thankfully, my customers have been beyond understanding and a week or so later I think I've got all the thingees fixed.
