I've been trying since last night to purchase lindens. I've tried both in world and on the website. No luck. No problem with my account at all and I've been able to make purchases at other locations.
Anyone else having problems?

Haven't tried that, but just a few minutes ago search and TPs stopped working for me. Seems like the grid gremlins are back, just while the folks who can deal with it are AFK until tomorrow morning SF time.

This is just everyday life in sl, that's all. Tell us something we don't know like "hey, they fixed something that was broken and they fixed it right and on time." Now, something as rare as this would really be good and welcomed news.

Anyone else having problems? First, try the easiest thing: re-enter your payment information. That in itself solves the problem for most people. Still doesn't work? It might be the problem IS your account... not that your card is bad, but that they have blacklisted payments to SL/LL due to high fraud risk. Try calling the credit card company (usually takes about 5 minutes), asking them if they received the charge, and if so, did they accept or reject it. If they rejected it, ask if they can accept SL charges with your approval. If not, you'll have to try another payment method. (Of course, if you are using paypal, that's another matter entirely. You'll need one of our paypal gurus to help you with that.  ) |
