Hi,
I am hoping somebody will be bale to help me please, a neighbour of mine has somehow managed to put up 3 tv's in her house and set 2 of them to group owned so she can't delete/return/move them. The sim owner isn't around at the moment so I was hoping that somebody in here may know how to resolve this int he meantime?

Since your neighbour deeded the tv to the group, it is now considered to no longer be owned by her but owned by the group. If you go into your group profile, look under members & roles tab > abilities tab > under parcel content, click on "return objects owned by group" and this will show you who has the ability to return the tv. Unfortunately if none of those people are around, she'll have to wait until they pop on to return the tv back to her.
