I don't know how many are out there, but I saw one recently (showed to me by a resident named Spar Varnish, who had purchased it for some property he was renting) which was really wonderful. I saw some great ones in Svarga....

Many different types out there.
here's a metal steampunk one ![]() (The Obolensky Metal Steampunk Treehouse of Llewellyn Industries of New Babbage - Second Life) living one on Midnight Reflections ![]() Here's a neat Japanese one I've actuallly seen in world: https://www.xstreetsl.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=858674 And others. I can't seem to find the manufacturer of my own on XStreetSL And many different prices. From "free" (1L), to L$12490 ![]() _____________________

Thank you, Lexxi, it's good to see the pics; I'm ready to get out of the traditional 'big pretty house on the ground' into something a little less traditional. Seems to be a rite of passage on SL. Seeing pictures of other non traditional housing, like the yurt and Immy's cookie jar makes me want something more fun. (I do still want big, though.) Anyway thanks for the pics, I do like the Japanese one.

Creative Fantasy (Julia Hathor) has some treehouses, different ones for different size lots. I believe most of her stuff is up on SLX nowadays - her sims are beautiful, but it takes a WHILE to explore them.
Ingrid Ingersoll has a small one that is like a bungalow in the sky, very cute. TotalLunar Eclipse has built a number of impressive treehouses. You can see several rezzed in the Steelhead sims, and of course he has his store. edit: of course, if you buy any house with moderately sized rooms, you can fit it to a huge mod tree yourself, like the Japanese one above. Personally, I prefer the treehouses that were custom built with their own tree, so the trunk is really part of the build. . |

You could also try Luna Bliss at Bliss Gardens. There are some lovely ones dotted around the forest in their Nature Park area.

I third Kylie and George's recommendation of Tobias Novi; he has several different sizes and designs, and patiently answered any questions I had. There is also a demo you can take home to test.
And now for my testimonial... before I bought this treehouse, I was changing/building/modding houses all the time; I like my treehouse so much I have been using it for a year or more now. ![]() https://www.xstreetsl.com/modules.php?name=Marketplace&file=item&ItemID=749015 |

I don't think you will ever hear any negative feedback about Julia Hathor. She is awesome, cares about customer support and fantastical creations.

I saw one of Spar Varnish's ones the other day...it was very impressive but I don't know if he built it. He is online every evening, you might IM him and ask. I don't know any of the other builders though. Jackie

Constantly vaguely dissatisfied, changing houses, not sure what exactly it is I want. _____________________

Treasure this is the exact same one I was telling you about in PM. I love the pool and the waterfall. Oooh ok, well now we know who the creator is! I have mostly only bought ground texture from Creative Fantasies, will have to check them out more thoroughly. _____________________

Um.... I make and sell treehouses. Lots of 'em. Cheap and mostly pre-sculptie as I haven't had the time or inclination to rebuild them. This link should bring you to a section of X-Street where you can find 'em. There's other things mixed in with them and the list starts at the most expensive ones. My cheapo treehouses go for around 300L$ each.http://tinyurl.com/db3zlj
Typical small treehouse: http://tinyurl.com/dfjo95 You can also get them at my store. Fully mod+copy _____________________

I like your treehouses too, Alazarin. Especially the windows.
