I want to sell 2 mainland property's (3840sqm & 3280sqm) , since they are both roadside, and the sim is currently ad-farm free, i seek reputable land-buyers to make me an offer ?
- NinjaLand is the 1st to come to mind, but im sure there a few more out there ?

Be aware that you are selling you land in a market that has never been more saturated. Prices haven't been this low in four years so it's bad timing. But I don't expect things to improve anytime soon.

Only 290,000L for a 1120m plot

It might be a buyers market for most mainland parcel without a Linden ocean next to them, but I'm looking at an auction for Bay City parcel 2aa - Rollers (93,59) 1120m. The bid is currently L$289,670!
