Not sure that this will be possible; you see, youtube doesn't stream videos in the same way as some other sites (i.e. using an imbeded player like Windows Media Player or Real Player, which would allow you to access the file) - youtube uses Flash, which is very popular with websites playing videos and animations, but doesn't behave in the same way.

Flash objects can be imbeded into a website using an HTML command - there may be something that someone can suggest that relates to this, but I'm at a loss as to what that may be. Otherwise, it may not be possible at all, I'm afraid.

You can't because SL uses Quicktime and YT Flash.

What you can do is download the video (search Download Youtube and you will find how)
convert it to quicktime format, upload it to a server and that way you can stream it.

Torley's tutorial might help:

keep in mind that people will only see it if they turn on the video stream to purposely watch it

and with the new viewer out there, if you do not have quicktime updated it will be disabled in SL
