HAs anyone else noticed that groups set on private wont show up in their profiles anymore?
I am just wondering as I just did an experiment, and the group won't show up... unless you are in that group on anyone elses profile.
Anyone know when this was added, can't be to long ago?
Then again have not really been on for months.

/me is confused about what is mean by "Private".
If you mean unchecking the "Open Enrollment" box, I disagree, as right now I am looking at one I don't belong to in someone else's profile, so they do show up. If what you mean is unchecking the "Show in Group List" box, it is doing exactly what it says it is going to do. If you refer to some other way of making a group private, please tell me, as those are the only ways I can find. Thanks |

Unless you're also in the group. Then, I think, you can see the group in other peoples profiles.

thats the whole point of making them private so ppl wont see them in your profiles of the members .... yeah so like - "ABC wild Jello and whipped cream bondage sex and ice cream group" wont show up on people's profiles. Allowing them to remain a member but also try to pass as respectable and not into kinky stuff. |
