Does anyone remember the last time the Lindens decided we should all verify our age? Just after ageplay became a controversial subject a couple years ago?

Well, I was selected as one of the test cases, and like a good little gridizen, followed the link to the web side and filled out the form and became age verified. Frankly, it was easier than ordering a new air mattress after that cat gets in one of her moods.

Whether or not I should have done it, or if I've put my personal information at risk is an argument for another thread, and one that's come and gone already. My point is, I did it years ago.

Well, on this next round of verification, I took a look at the faq, and followed the link to the site, and was told that I'm already verified. As I expected.

I've been back there a few times after telling friends they may want to become verified themselves. It was the easiest way to get them the link. And each time I've been informed that I'm already verified.

Well, this morning, I went back to grab the link for someone, and--got the form. So, I verified all over again. Was considerably easier than telling you all about it.

Has this happened to anyone else?

there have been similar comments this week. i believe that although you are again presented with the form you are still marked as age-verified.

Happened to me when I tested it this morning, and I have just been in Zindra and can do Adult content searches with no problem. I guess I'm still really verified.

I remember reading about this in another thread recently. It seems that after you age verify, you are returned to a blank form, instead of confirmation of verification. So it is hard to know your verification is in effect. Maybe this is a recent change LL has made to the format of confirmation? Anyway, if you were already verified, chances are, you still are, from what I have read.

You need to enable Adult Content in preferences. Under the edit menu, select preferences go to the General tab and change the rating selection.

The age verification is kinda all messed up. It used to tell you if you were verified, now you get the blank form again even if it worked. The only way to know now is to go to a parcel that requires age verification.

Something changed recently, and the confirmation no longer shows. You always see the form, even if you are already verified.

Aristotle Verification never did work completely right, and now it works even less well than before.
