Stopping Textures Pics from Showing

Is there any way to stop all the pics of the texture boxes i'm opening up?.....very irritating having to click on 2 dozen pics each time.....

Have you tried Preferences -- Pop-Ups -- untick "Automatically View After Accepting"?
