We are making a board using the XyzzyText scripts. And we are trying out the 10 character version. And there is a problem.
Around the 4th character on a prim it bleeds a part of some character a bit.
I did also notice that the space between the characters is a bit smaller between the 6th and 7th character on a prim.
Is there a fix for this? Is it so that when we fix that space problem the bleed will be gone?
I see on the Wiki that you can make your own letters by using a VBS script ( http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/XyzzyText#How_to_produce_textures_with_alternative_fonts_for_5_character_version ).
But this is for the 5 character version. Is there also a way, or howto, to do this for the 10 character version?
And would that mean I'd have to make 65 textures (if I counted correctly), or is there a workaround for this to do it, just like the 5 character version, with 1 texture?
And the last question is...
The Wiki ( http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/XyzzyText#How_to_produce_textures_with_alternative_fonts_for_5_character_version ) tells you how to go about in Photoshop when you made the changes you like.
I'm using Photoshop CS3 and I merged all the layers, made a black alpha channel, and then I need to "select all in the merged text layer and copy it to alpha channel". But how do I do this? I looked everywhere but I just can't find it.
THANK YOU!
