Tickets - How Long Do These Take To Be Responded To?

I've logged two tickets on two seperate accounts.
One is for a previously deactivated account which I locked the password on - it's tellling me to call them to get it fixed but I'm in a different country.

The other is about an inworld stalking incident which I need some help & clarification with.

Neither of these has even been assigned and I'm not sure what else to do.

Any suggestions?

If you can get to live chat, use it. Otherwise it could literally sit there for months.

Good luck with it. Some tickets are dealt with soime are not. Its all depends who is answering tickes and if they want to take care of the matter. There at times tickets get deleted all togther......Just keep trying until you get some that will take care of it.

Thanks heaps, they have both been sitting there for a few days now.
And I know they get a lot but one is pretty serious and I need some help.
I'll have a look for the live chat and see how that goes, once again thanks heaps!

In my experience most support tickets take between 1-2 weeks, though I did have one resolve in 3 days.

The password lock out one, I think will have to be dealt with either by telephone or snail mail, but I'm not entirely sure on that one.

In world stalking comes under the category of Harassment and should be reported in-world via an Abuse Report, not a support ticket. You can write out all the details in a notecard and attach it to the report if there's too much to fit in the main report. You will never be told the outcome of an AR so you'll never know if it's been responded to or not (except presumably the harrassment will stop). From what I understand, ARs are dealt with much more quickly than support tickets. Hours rather than days.

Thanks Karl, yes I did log an AR - the thing that bothers me, it's someone I know and I'm concerned with the amount of RL details they have. They have already given out my RL photo which had a really nasty message put on it and the notecard was awful. Its hard to know who to trust......but I've learnt.....
It was sent from an alt that was created that day, so not great....

I'm hoping the password one wont take long....I'm still looking for the live chat too.....!
Thanks so much, you guys have been so awesome.

It's on the Support page on the right, below the Billing Support info. You can only use it if you're Premium or Concierge level, though.

I am bumping you to an 8.5 on the Official Trout Measuring Instrument of Sluttiness. You are an enigma - on the one hand a sweet, gentle, intelligent woman who we would like to wrap up in our arms and protect, and on the other, a temptress to whom we would like to do all sorts of unmentionable things.

Congratulations and shame on you! You are a bit of a slut.

File a second AR and include the fact they are distributing rl information in the report.

That sets off a lot more flags for the governance team

You can only get access to Live Help if you have a premium account. IMO it's actually worth having a premium account for that alone, because with a free account you can't get support at all for most issues.
