Unable to find a good teleport destination in this region...?

In most SIMs I have been in I have been able to set landmarks at various places, such as on the ground and in a loft as well as other locations. To get around (and past any teleport script limitations) I simply click on that landmark and I'm there.

There is one particular sim I am renting in that doesn't seem to allow this. When I try, I get the error:

Could not teleport.
Unable to find a good teleport destination in this region.

It is a class 5 server, not group owned, and I have tried setting the landing point around to see if anything would fix it.

Its rental land, but I've rented before and never had this problem.

I am listed as the owner, not a group.

Anyone know what this might be caused by?

i had this problem a few days ago on a sim i own after talking to support it seems the sim had lost communications and they had to beat on it with hammers and other large objects
