I assume carried to its logical conclusion at some point there will be an untraceable copybot for all items in SL and stopping it will be impossible.
One of those accept the inevitable things. Just like JPEGS and the 2D internet.

This is nothing to do with Copybot. The guy is taking advantage of a system vulnerability to copy transferable items. Basically, as long as you sell your goods with no-transfer permissions, you're safe from his type. This particular guy is being taken to court over his misdeeds, and the story and his picture was plastered across the New York Post a few weeks back.
