Lindens VAT number

Goold old HM Customs tell me that to charge VAT a company must have a VAT number (I have yet to find out what happens if the company dont) I asked for this from live help on the day I received my email (If a company is charging an EU tax it is only right that the tax charged is returned to the EU) and was initially told I could get the number sent by email (my connection was playing up on the day I checked) I received no email and on checking later was told the number would appear on the FAQ.

That was a few days back and I still cant find the number. Has anyone else.?

I hope the number is somewhere they because its only fair we should all stick to the rules and guidelines.

Ever since they integrated the KB into the support portal it's been a pain to use really (you can't even link to it directly anymore) so it's not surprising you missed it .
