Lost Cache Folder

Is anyone able to tell me where the SL cache folder has now disappeared to?

It was always in Application Data/Second Life folder, along with the other folders for my avatars, however, some weeks ago it disappeared. The location for this cache folder has not been changed by me, and a search of my hard drive does not show it anywhere. Yet if I click to clear cache in Preferences, next time I log in to SL it shows the cache folder being cleared.

There is a cache folder in the browser_profile folder at the same location but the contents do not remind me of what I used to see in the former cache folder.

Any help would be appreciated because it was always so much easier to delete the cache folder from my SL folder, and far quicker as well.

If this is so it means I can return to deleting an old cache folder and get up and running much quicker.
