For men's clothes try Edo. They have wonderful tuxs there. For women, there are bountiful of women's couture. Simone, Bliss, Vindi and Blaze just to name a few. But I will also suggest seeking out lesser known designers. The one's I name are so popular you may find you and someone else having on the same dress, not necessarily the same color but the same dress. Regardless what life you are in, there is nothing worse than being somewhere and someone has on your outfit.

Thanks, will try the Fashion Feed.
Thanks too for the shop names. I have gowns by Bliss and some others. I do see the same ones around SL a lot. Looking ideally I guess, for the 'latest fashion' type of stores, things a bit unusual. Doesn't have to be gowns. Can be any clothes/shoes/etc. (Clothes - maybe something like Gaultier. Not necessarily though. Shoes - Manolo Blahnik. Or equivs. I dunno...Shoes/Clothes as art. =) ) I was gonna start a "best in SL" shops thread but I gather there have been similar ones recently. I hadn't heard of some of those other names, will check out any mentioned here that I haven't seen yet & thanks all, in advance. =) |

My fav. shop for dresses is Rett's Creations, which not being inworld, I can't send the LM... but if you go to Venice Passion, her store is right near the TP point. If you do a search for Rett Gentil, you'll find an LM in her picks. I have nearly every piece of clothing in the store and some that aren't.

try this blog,
http://npirl.blogspot.com/ Bettina always dresses well and usual in the latest designs, usually before they go to market too, I'm guessing the clothes designers blogged about here are expensive. You have to search through the blog as it covers more subjects than just clothes. There is a tag link on the left hand side down at the bottom for Fashion, click that for some ideas, however what i said about expensive… "One year ago, Eshi’s much celebrated fishhook dress caused such a prodigious pandemonium on the grid that a cult following sprung from it. Seven months later, that same dress - in a black Limited Edition - sold at auction for $460,000L." Though I'm sure you can get clothes for much less ![]() |

One of my favorite haute couture designers is Biaistice. I'll second that one and the Leezu Baxter suggestion above. The good thing about Biastice is they give out a massive amount of freebies, with lots of pieces in them. Very high end looking like you see in Vogue and Harpers Bazaar, etc. You can really put together a very intriguing outfit by mixing and matching from various outfits and frequently they include shapes, skins, jewelry, hair, and other various accessories. _____________________

Oh and another one to look for is Four Yip. If you seek unusual clothing to make unique looks for yourself, you can do no better and nearly all of it is free. Search for her on "Mo Island". She has two small stores there. She makes lots of fun stuff that goes with the outfits as well like chairs you can get on and do burlesque dances on

For Couture hats, check out "Couture Chapeau" from my friend Chigadee London. She has some amazing designs, I think.
