Depends on what you define as "Personal Assistant." Are you going to be doing this person's shopping? Are you going to be an Estate Manager? A basic secretary type person? The job defines the wage.

At my RL job, I deal with quite a few "High End" clientèle and their assistants. If you want to know a RL wage for them, I can help you there.
From what I've seen, most PA's (RL that I deal with anyways) make more than I do. Not that I make a pittance, just that they seem to be way overpaid for what I see them doing.

From: qudex Coronet thanks but i am talking about in SL , can anyone help with that? thanks I could go on for ages about this post and the original header but I will save my time (and others who may read my post) and keep it simple and straightforward If you personally regard SL as a hobby (that is an expectation you will earn, at the most, enough to pay tier) and the person you are going to pay has similar expectations, then a payment in $L should reflect that, i.e. dependent on the time spent a payment up to about average monthly tier level. The last time I researched this, average tier level for all premium residents was around $25 US or say $L7,000. On the other hand if you find you are dealing with a person or organisation that is in SL to earn a first life income the only guidance I can offer is based on my own computer software and hardware. There is a computer business down the road from where I live. The business owner will do home call outs on a local basis. Charges for labour/time are around £50 for a call out fee and about £50/£75 per hour after. I regard myself as fortunate in terms of having access to skilled software/hardware people at those prices. The US dollar equal is about $100/$150 call out and say $150 per hour after. In $SL terms that’s $L27,000 call out and around $L 40,000 per hour, assuming the first life business will accept Linden dollars. Finally I am assuming this is a one off type transaction rather than say designing a house/prefab of which the original owner could hope to sell multiple copies PS. For those of us who live in the UK that is about what you would expect to pay for a fairly good plumber!
