There is a piece of land owned by person A and set to but not deeded to group 1. Person B is in group 1 and has the ability to 'Toggle various About Land > Options settings'. Person B cannot change the About Land > Options setting for the land owned by person A and set to group 1.

Is this a bug or does the land need to be deeded to group 1?

To give a land owner privilege to a group role member, the land has to be DEEDED to the group, so the land is "Owned" by the group.
