Are there problems buying land?

I just buyed 2400 sqm of land .... paid 35000 l$ but the land is still of the first owner


I can't also issue a support ticket becouse the support is under maintenaince!

Has the money been deducted from your account - has it definitely been paid to the seller?

yes 35000 l$ have been deducted from my account

Have you tried clearing cache and re-login? I'm not au fait with the technical reasons as to why, but sometimes there can be a delay in land displaying the correct ownership information.

I just cleared the cache but the land isn't mine.

What happen if someone else buy the land? Will Linden Lab give me back 35000 l$?

I have had this happen a long time ago. It was a server issue. Back at that time you could just IM a Linden and have them resolve it inworld. Now you have to file a support ticket. But if the sale shows up in your transaction history, you should get the land eventually.

Try IMing the seller and see if they are the honest type who will now set the land to $0 for you. And you can ask them to check their balance and transaction history as well.

I just checked the plot (yay I managed to get in!) and it's currently deeded to your group, so am assuming you have everything fixed.

Yes the owner sold me the land for l$ 0 and I closed the support ticket

This is happening frequently ALONG WITH THE LAND RESELLING ITSELF!! The only response I have received from LL is a refund for one land that deducted my account twice.
