I have two sims adjacent to each other. I have checked both to make sure they are set to use the estate time and the estate time is set to use mainland time. Yet, my two sims are on different times. Sometimes its just an hour, but other times its 6 hours. Its really annoying to my residents when they cross sims.
I thought maybe it was Windlight, cut I reverted back to the "official" client and the problem is still there. I tried resetting everything in the official client, but no change.
Any ideas? Its driving me nuts.

I have the exact same problem with the 14 sims at Sim City. All of them but 1 are on the same time, and its the one sim always on opposite times no matter what I do with the regional settings.
Check it out, its the SOMETHING sim, between HAIR and FURNITURE.

It's probably based n the OS's system clock and the time is not set right on the machines with those sims Probably open a ticket about it.

The OP could check out the sim neighbors site: http://neighbours.maxcase.info/and then see if the server's shared sims are set at the same time..... but to be honest, I do not know if this will be conclusive.
