How long should I expect to wait to hear anything about a support ticket? Since i updated to the new viewer i have not been able to log the majority of the time and if i do log i will no doubt crash with in 20 minutes at the most. I did the online chat and sent the file they wanted with the trouble ticket but have not heard anything.
Has anyone else been having this problem? either with the ccrashing or no response from a ticket?
