Is anyone else having problems uploading pics to the new products section of the website?
I tried the outworld live help, useless, the guy never responded to me
(never have a problem with inworld live help, but the outworld live help sucks)
dunno where to report issues with the website, otherwise I would send them a report.
Does the jira cover the website too, or just the clients?

I've opened regular support tickets before on web site issues. If all else fails, you can try that.
