I try to do as much as possible for the residents on the island I manage and recently one asked me what I would like for a Christmas present, I politely said nothing and that being asked was enough.
So the question is, do you think it's acceptable for Island Managers to accept gifts from resident tenants?

So the question is, do you think it's acceptable for Island Managers to accept gifts from resident tenants? Heck yes. If you consider how many hours these people work for so little pay, they deserve every little act of kindness that they receive. I hope my tireless sim manager, Rosie, gets showered with gifts.

So the question is, do you think it's acceptable for Island Managers to accept gifts from resident tenants? Yes, of course! A couple of years ago I had several hundred tenants dropping cards and gifts on me! I had a custom Xmas card made up, and agreed a deal with a well known creator in SL to drop a gift on all of them, so I probably asked for it!

As an atheist, I sincerely hope none of my residents gets too silly with gifts - they won't be getting anything back

So the question is, do you think it's acceptable for Island Managers to accept gifts from resident tenants? Definitely. It's not like a RL job where you could be 'bribed' or something....hell kick them out if you don't get one! (OK not really, that's just mean)
