I have been searching for land and using the forums here in that search. I have noticed that some people post the same thing (same general ad) several times in a day. Is there a limit as to how many times a day/week a person can post a wanted/for sale/for rent advertisement?

Apparently not, a couple times my post has been flooded out by someone who posts a different piece of property in separate posts. It is because of that I have not used the classified section as much as I should. Set up the entire post and lengthy details to have it on the next page within an hour is discouraging.

Hopefully more mods here will be able to clear up some of the junk like that - which is, essentially, spam... right, and as a result liable to get disciplinary action?

I don't see guildines for that forum (one reason I was asking) - should be though. The other reason for asking is to see if others found it as annoying as I did. One of those ad-type things that would drive me away from some.
