SLX Purchased item not delivered

This morning I purchased an item on SLX and more than 2 hours later it has not been delivered. Interestingly enough, I called my credit card company and there is a $1 charge posted to my credit card this morning to Pay Pal, but nothing was posted from SLX. I thought I was paying with my credit card and NOT Pay Pal, so what is the $1 charge from Pay Pal? The item I purchased was for $6.56 USD.

I've cleared my cache and logged back on to SL but still no purchased item. (not in trash, lost & found or anywhere else in my inventory)

I filed a support ticket with SLX, is there anything else I can do to get this resolved? All suggestions welcome. Thanks in advance.

I would talk to the seller in IM. They can check their own SLX account balance, verify that the funds made it in to their account, and then they can send you the item in world. Keep in mind, though, that there are some fraudsters out there who do just what I told you to do without ever having paid, so you could possibly be met with distrust at first. :)

SLX has a forum with a technical issues area, where you might be able to get some direct answers. I've found though that their service is usually very good, if you've filed the support ticket with them they'll probably get back to you shortly.

In the event that you don't hear anything from them, try IMing the merchant in-world, or sending them a private message on SLX, or both, and let them know.

Make sure you aren't in BusyMode.. anything delivered will be automatically declined if you are :)

Nope ya just have to wait. They'll probably say to bug report it before they'll redeliver it. They're usually very quick at that.
