Well here we are in grid downtime. I must say LL's letting us back in and then performing the rolling restarts is quite thoughtful toward European residents and to those of us on the western side of the Atlantic who happen to be off today.
My question is -- what is the usual pattern of the restarts? Does it work from north to south? Or from old to new? Knowing this I could come online, build a little, and stay ahead of or behind the wave. Or do you just wait for the 5 min warning? Thanks.
