Is anyone else having this issue? For the last two days, when I log onto this web site and go to my account, then click on community at the top....the page never loads. I cant get to events or forums etc. I can get to forums by going to the bottom of the page and using the site map listings or with a url that a friend gave me.
Seems odd since ive been able to get to forums and events that way every other time ive tried. Anyone else having this issue?

There was a short thread about it earlier today. I get the same light blue screen back as do some other people. I never come in that way though, so I would never have noticed it if it hadn't been posted.

I started getting this problem when I upgraded to IE8. There is a compatibility button that looks like a broken page up by the address window. I clicked it and the page loaded for me.

I noticed the same problem with IE7 after it was mentioned. It seems to work with Firefox

I don't know why people keep trying to use IE for anything other than sites that absolutely refuse to work in Firefox, Opera, Safari, Kmelion, or Lynx.

From: Argent Stonecutter I don't know why people keep trying to use IE for anything other than sites that absolutely refuse to work in Firefox, Opera, Safari, Kmelion, or Lynx. Because it's the standard browser

As I discovered from the previous thread, clearing the browser cache and removing any cookies that had any reference to secondlife.com (and related things like sluniverse.com, etc) or jivesoftware.com and restarting the browser worked wonders. This was Firefox but I would bet that it's at least something to try regardless of the browser.
