If you own a private island and are premium member you don’t have to be a premium member right?

If you were to keep that standing, with the 512 allotted could I go and find a 512 some where and buy it and not be charged extra on my membership fees?

I wanted to have a small store if I could to the second

You do not need to be a premium to own a Private Island.

If you are account says you have 512m2 open then you can use it. If not, you will be charged.

And no questions are dumb - but some answers might be....

I hope mine is not. :p

Yes. Owning an island does not count against your tier total, and island fees and tier fees are different things.

Yes, you can buy 512 and not pay tier as long as it's on the mainland.

If you're a premium then, yes, you can also have a store on the mainland. A friend of mine does this.
