Just wondering for those of you who have traded in your 4 OSS's towards a regular sim, once the ticket is entered, is LL letting us know when the OSS's will be deleted? I am working on cleaning mine off, but I run a couple businesses and have several tenants and would to be able to give them a timeline on when their items should be removed from the sim. I don't want to just wake up one day and find the sims all gone with no notice.
Also, last I heard, the timeline from when the ticket is entered and the time the sims are being deleted was 5-10 days. Can anyone confirm that this is still the case or not?
Thank you SO much!

1) No notice. You file the ticket, and at some time in the future, *poof* it happens.
2) Last I heard it was 11 or 12 days. Mine went through in 10.5 days, but that was a week ago.
For what it's worth, I made sure mine had been cleaned and emptied before putting in the ticket... that way there's no unpleasant surprises, but the downside is sims sitting empty costing money while waiting for the ticket to go through.

Thanks for the info! Once would think a quick "Your sims are schedule for deletion on this date," might be something they would look at. I guess though, better to be safe than sorry at this point.

I submitted a ticket to trade in 4 of my OSS on 11/24 and here it is 12/6 and still nothing. My tiers are due on the OSS on 12/9 and I BETTER NOT get charged for tier due to their slow lack of response to support tickets.

Well it seems it's common practice that Landlords don't notify their tennants of a sim closure, why should LL be any different?
