So I made the finals for the SL Finest Competition. I'll have to walk the catwalk in a full-length gown and look as graceful as I can. I'm Blonde so I was thinking about something in a champagne color or off white.
What I'm looking for is something that moves really well and is not a hoop skirt either. I would like something that doesn't look like a bell ringing behind me when I'm walking so I was thinking about something that is form fitting? However, in some animation I have noticed that the leg sometimes moves out of the gown when you walk with these types of dresses.
So, Do I need to have someone special make me a gown or is there one available somewhere?
I have to walk the catwalk Nov 24th so I need something before then.
Any help? JulieAnne
PS. I also have to do 3 poses, so if anyone out there is an animator that has 3 knockout poses that would be kool too. I realize I may be expected to pay for the new animations or a new design of gown and I have money for this!

Check out Bellissima's main store.. they have some lovely formal dresses.. maybe something there you like ^^ Very nice all around. Three entries for 'bellissima' on search, and they are al the right company, just the main store is of course best

For the gown: Nicky Ree is the best. It's not just the cut but also the textures that make this look great. http://slurl.com/secondlife/Tropical%20Orchid/230/129/31

Second Last Call. Also, check out Blaze and Nonna Hedges.

For a feminine gown with some flexi and sexi, try "Romance Perfection", 1st floor Black Moon. It is white and mod, so you can tint it as you like. The designer, Vanilla Sola, also does custom fittings for a modest fee.
Black Moon has a ton of other gowns too on the 2nd and 3rd floors.

Adam n Eve has some gorgeous gowns as well. For this particular occasion, perhaps the Tillie or the Rose Gown would suit. The latter in particular is a fairly sleek style.

I'll vote Last Call and also Blaze has a gown named "Unforgettable" that is formfitting with some wispy parts, very beautiful.

Prim & Proper. They specialize in 'period' stuff, but her gowns are just unbelievable.

While I'm sure the designers listed on this thread will be appreciative of everyone's recommendations, this thread really doesn't belong here. It should be in Products Wanted. That's what that forum is there for. Good luck in your competition.

Nuclear Boutique has an amazing white gown-Winter Royale, reasonably priced and the gown has inner pannels in sapphire, amythest and pearl. Definitely worth a look!
