No credit either. Anybody else who has been charged VAT despite the blog claiming that it won't be done till 10/27? |

Anybody else who has been charged VAT despite the blog claiming that it won't be done till 10/27? Since this is a change of policy, it m,ight not be unreasonable to give them time to recredit you with the VAT they have already taken. Of course if it takes more than a day or two, then complain. |

Hmm mine was taken 2nd October...how long do you think is reasonable for me to give them before I ask for it to be refunded..?

Well they posted the blog at 5pm their time on 4 October. Doesn't seem unreasonable to me to give them a couple of working days from then to do the refund.
