I'm getting Can't reposition - permission denied as well as Can't rotate - permission denied as well. The object snaps back to where it was, and (sometimes) gives me those messages. Has anyone had this happen before, and if so, is there a solution? This is happening with objects that I both own and created. Thanks in advance.

Try a relog, it sounds like you got disconn'ed from the server.

If that doesn't fix it, try in another region. See if it's you, or the region.

I get that from time to time, Group tag could be wrong, Could be pulling the item to another parcel of land, all these things are a factor.

If that don't work try what Desmond says.. Can't hurt :)

I got these messages when I was trying to move items from one parcel to another. The system wouldn't let me take the items across to another parcel even though I had rented both parcels. It ended up being a sim permissions issue that my landlord had to fix.

It's not a group tag or parcel related issue for sure, I have tried moving to another sim which does seem to cure it indicating it's a sim related issue. It's probably the server version that's running on that sim because I get the 'different version' message when I TP to/from my sim. The sim sucks overall anyways, this is just another issue to add to the list. Thanks for the input everyone.
