I was trying to upload some pics to some new item I wanted to list at XStreetSL and it says that the format is not recognized... just tried with tga and jpeg files, doesn't work... does anyone has the same problem?

I have not had format issues, but size does matter - check your file size conforms to their requirements. I did find out recently, in case it comes up, that SLU does not like tga's.mm

they are all about 700kb ... since the maximum size it's 8mb it shouldn't be a problem... it keep saying that the file format isn't recognized

I'm sorry- I honestly don't kn ow- unless something just went down with the site- have you never been able to or is this the first time for either the ocurrance or the upload? Try back in a bit in case it's them. If it still doesn't work I can only suggest you contact them.

I always use png with no problems but am sure I have used tga in the past.Try png.

Just tried with png, same problem... It's annoying because I have already 101 items there and now I want to put 30 more and I can't...
