I have noticed this before and thought maybe I typoed, but now I see it again and I know I did not typo....
This is the way I typed it in for my fishing spot land...
Fishing tournaments every all day Tue and Thur. 250L prize each tournament. Get your pro rod today and start fishing and lvl it up for the tournaments.Please do use the vendor on location, don't cheat us out of funds, be a good sport.
I checked it a minute ago and it was like this...

notice the ? at the end...
previously I have seen it with the ? after each period... so it looked like .?
any idea why?

In my experience, it seems if you hit enter after the last word,you will get that question mark. So try it again,but don't hit the enter key this time.
