Some of the pictures I'd love to know where they depict, love to go explore some of them places. Like this one I'm looking at now, the one with the swans, the rain, stairs, lamp posts, etc... Pause before keying in my log info to take a look. :D Anyone know where these places are, is there a list some place? Thanks!

I wish I could recall where that rainy place is. I've been there. Might have to check my LMs.

I do have a beef with these images, though. They're beautiful, and show some incredible builds, yet they lack something very important They are missing the "human element."

Yes, you have facelight lady and her fish, and the Torley with penguins. But where are people socializing? Why is it portrayed so often as a barren place full of solitary explorers?

Not to mention that, yes, even a lack of the non humans as well. The aliens, the furries, the vampires, the mythologicals, and other people who, as a diverse mix, make up SL? I often don't see anything but human on secondlife.com. Never on the loading screen. :P

Usually those images are by Torley or Ravenelle, check their flickr accounts, they nearly always provide a SLurl

Though Torley's has the "SL Splash Screens" set... Don't even see SLURLs for the locations... Like...

Looks good, but, no sim name, no SLURLs, nothing. :P
