While positioning nosering I accidently stuck it too far into my avy face and let go... so now i have a nosering stuck in my face! =P
I go to my inventory and detach object, but when I attach it back...it goes to the last location - inside my face.
I have all my face attach locations filled up (i wear glasses, lipring, earring, etc...) The only open spot is my chin which i was working with.
I try to attach it to my shoulder and edit it upward back to my nose but it doesnt look right when I walk around..the nosering developes a mind of its own and goes right when my avy face turns left.
QUESTION - is there a way to get the ring back out of my face when i reattach it back to my chin?

Attach it to another spot (hands work pretty well since there isn't much meat on them), drag the position a couple of meters away from you (don't worry if it's the right direction, you just want to get it away from your body for now), then attach back to where it belongs and move it where you want.

From: Dekka Raymaker cam into your head click and select it, drag it out This can be a bit difficult if you are not very good at camera control -- and a bit creepy the first time you see inside your body. ETA: I have found Viktoria's answer to usually be the easiest.

Alternatively, you could shrink your head/facial features in edit appearance until the item appears.
I have a "find belly rings shape" that I put on instead of doing camera gymnastics.
