Listing an event

How do you go about getting someone else in the group to list an event? It's on group owned land and we did it before but I can't remember how I managed it and the lady can't list the event.

Do I need to make her an officer in the group?

All they need is to have a landmark in their inventory for the land and be a part of the group. And the lot has to be at least 512 m2.

Yep she meets all the above criteria. She said she'd try again when she got home so hopefully it was just a quirk.
