Possible land for houseboat

Afternoon folks,

I am looking for a plot of land either completely water or just about that I could rent to house my houseboat. I am currently renting a plot for 250 for 175 prims so something around that would be nice.

So if anyone knows of any around post them here or IM me in world with them. Any help is greatly appreciated.
