eh, I was looking at lands earlier in the week, all over the place $L7 per up to like $L200 per. I think right now it's best to let the land speculators eat eachother. When the price crash comes in a few months, then I'll look seriously.

What strikes me is the useless sizes they are auctioning off. People who need space for a club or mall need a lot more than 1024m.
