Hi! I am probably doing something wrong, but I just am not able to figure out a solution. Also my humble apologies if a similar question has been posted elsewhere on this forum.

What am I missing here?

I want to get the slurl of a shop that advertises on Xstreet.

In order to get this slurl I need to log into Xstreet. In order to log into Xstreet, I am asked to use the username and password from my Second Life account for Xstreet, but no matter how hard I try, the Xstreet website just does not want to recognize me as a registered user of Second Life. I have tried this repeatedly the last two weeks.

It might be a good idea to submit a ticket to Support. On the other hand that's not available for Basic accounts - how about going through XStreet?

If you haven't got an Xstreet account already you might need to register I suppose - even though they are part of SL now. Update: I don't think you need to.

Did you sign up for it first? The steps to sign up are a bit complicated.

You have to sign up then go into Second Life and say the secret password* at some kiosk or something. It's like Myst.

*sign up password NOT your SL password. You get the secret woid when you sign up for XL.
