I can't, I can't, I can't!!!

I can't tp, I can't change my clothes, I can't transfer inventory. Add to that the fact that my partner can't log in, my shoes have been "pending attachement" to my bare feet for over an hour, and despite the fact that I can't transfer anything, someone can, 'cause half my damn inventory is GONE. ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I feel better now. Anyone else?

Tried to change my clothes, since I was barefoot anyway, and now I'm TOTALLY naked. GRRRRRRRR. Has anyone else ever noticed how horrid SL feet are?? Hmmmm....

I suspect that anyone meeting you in that condition is not going to look at your feet BTW, there are a lot of shoes out there that have toes, including being able to change the color of the toenails. I don't have the link right now to the ones I got last week. Jackie

Not anymore, not for me, since I invested in the SLink bare feet. I go barefoot a lot inworld, so I decided that was a good investment to have pretty feet, with toes, and toe rings, and a pedi, and nail gems/decor. So first I started buying the shoes with prim feet, and then bought the actual bare foot itself. Once I got past the 'how to match the color' of the feet to my skin tone, I loved 'em, and now wouldn't be without em. No more ugly SL avi feet for me and man, yeah, they ARE sooooo FUGLY.

Oohh!! Are they really tough to match??? PLEASE send me a landmark ingame if you get a minute....sounds like the perfect solution! I bought a great skin at Laqroki...wonder why they didn't do feet to match????

Once you get the hang of it it's not hard, no, and once you get it matched you can save the color. Took me a bit to figure out the 'hows' of it, the first time, with the first pair of shoes, then after that I had no problems. It's a avatar UI number match. Good question as to why the skin makers don't 'do feet', don't know! But sure, I will send you a LM but won't be inworld til tonite, so if you want to Search, just search for SLink.

Oh, and, after you do all the stuff, don't forget to pull it all together with the ankle locking thingy, the 'ao on' on the hud, really brings it all together, makes a big difference in getting rid of the 'cankles'.

They ARE cute little feet. Just make sure if you size them down that your 'real' avi feet don't stick out at scary pointed angles. Keep that stuff covered up! lol

Well I've given up for tonight trying to color them...lol. They look GREAT on my monitor, but on my hubby's they look like they are two completely different colors!! I'll try again tomorrow when I have more patience...I am NOT giving up!! lol

Hmmm.......don't look at his monitor? just kiddin. Mine looked good to me, but I did trot them around to a few friends to ask how it looked to them from their end. Maybe I was just lucky and happened to get it right, so far so good. Good luck tomorrow!

I noticed the same thing with a set of heels that included feet and toes. Also, they seemed to change color depending on the lighting, which was OK, but the change was at a different rate than the rest of /me. I adjusted them for "normal daylight", whatever that is, and now they're OK or at least better. Guess the Slink ones will have the same issue...Jackie

Since we've taken this thread so far OT that it will never recover...does anyone have any suggestions for a simple, wide leather belt with simple buckle that fits at the waist, not the hips? No studs, spikes, bling...just a nice belt to go with a jumpsuit? Thanks. Jackie
