Ive been trying to wear a tattoo that I made for my face but Im noticing this isnt possible as the body ones are worn as clothing but the head doesnt have any such clothing. I hope the Lindens make clothing for the head one day such as a balaclava style. This would be good for adding customised makeup, tattoos over the top of purchased skins. Im wandering why they havent already created this type of thing for the head.

Additional layers like that have been requested for at least a year or two. It's pretty low on the Linden's agenda.

If you check the JIRA, there are quite a few feature requests for more clothing layers, more attachment points, etc.

Some skin designers will work with their customers to add custom tattoos to the skins that they sell. It can't hurt to ask.
