Billing problems agin?

This is the 3rd time this year i had problems with LLABS billing and YET AGAIN i have a NEG RED Balance for my tier payments! Anyone else have issues withthe Billing department?! Resently?  |

I could be wrong but I think the balance will go back to normally once the transaction has finalised because it happened to me last month and in between my contacting live help and checking my account again it cleared.

Thank you for your kind reply.i had this happen in the past and when i see -balance payment for my tiers this is real money. I get upset. I never had this problem in the 2/1/2 before this issues started happening. Why all of the sudden this problem is happening? This should not being happening to start with.. BTW seems taht the lindens have fixed this issues as i spoke from posting . Thank you LLABS. Usagi |

Happened to me all of the time. I just put US$ in my account at the beginning of the month to cover my fees.

Maelstrom - you are quite right - it will go back once the payment is through. I have had this before and it is extremeley unnerving, especially when you are responsible for a whole bunch of sims - but it works out okay in the end. |
