Priority Concierge support requirements?

I know that there are certain requirements (e.g. owning a full region) for gaining Concierge level support from Linden Lab.

But does anybody know the criteria for obtaining Prioirty Concierge support? I've noticed a number of land owners who can transfer regions in less than 24 hours - which is certainly not the case for myself :)

I guess it's dependent on a certain monthly US$ tier value or number of regions held - but I'm curious to know what the actual requirements are.

Regards,
Graeme

You mean there is a level above Concierge? I'm shocked and hurt. Concierge level applies to anyone who pays more than $100 USD per month in tier, i.e., you own a half region or more of Mainland, or at least one private region.

I've never heard of this extended concierge level support.

There is the enterprise level support:

I'm sure that costs 25 grand a year.

/me thinks that's the 'Enterprise' level. Dunno if you get a nice prim starship with it, though.

I was dubious about this, because if what you said was true I should be getting that level of service- and although I frequently have tickets processed in 24 hours or less, I also recently had a sim upgrade ticket that took 8 days to process.

Anyway, I just got off the line with Concierge about this and yes, there really is an extended concierge service, and the requirements are that you pay $5000/year (not per month) in land maintenance fees/tier. So, if you have 2 or more full-tier private sims, you qualify.

Enrollment in this service is automatic. I have apparently been getting the service for quite a while and just never realized it.

EDIT: And yes, there is an additional Enterprise level of service with requires a flat payment of like $10,000 USD on top of any existing land use fees.

Heck I'm in this bracket then. Interesting, I've always found Concierge support to be great in the main anyway.

250 regions or more and you are in end game and are given enlightenment accounts..
You don't really need service with this account..You get The Book of Second Life and the understanding of the linden language..All things that were confusing become known and the future is clear..
Total enlightenment..No service required.....

In the words of Dane cook.."Iwant that!!! I want!! The Alien acid spit!! Pth pth pth :p "

I think that the irony is this:

...by the time you get 24 hour support, you are probably *giving* 24 hour support yourself, to a far greater number of residents...

grins

Amen to that.
