clothing doesnt appear right

My sister made a couple of items of clothing for me and another sister and they look great on everyone else but even though the skirt is mini, it appear floor length on me. The shirt is long sleeved, though it is supposed to be short.

Does anyone know what is wrong with my settings somewhere that it is doing that? Its a really awesome outfit and i would love to wear it.

CTRL-ALT-R and give it a chance to reload. If it doesn't help, try one more time.

If it still doesn't help, CTRL-SHIFT-F7, wait a second, then CTRL-ALT-R.

If that doesn't work, then I don't know!

CTRL-ALT-F7 for turning off palletized textures.

Adjusting the misbehaving clothing in Appearance (without saving changes) after doing that usually sets it right if the rebake doesn't.

The Release Candidate viewer does not have this problem.

I'm looking at the menu now, and it's CTRL-SHIFT-F7 in my viewer. Rebaking (CTRL-ALT-R) usually works more consistently than appearance menu (the avatar textures sometimes reverts when you leave appearance).

Are you using a Mac or Linux? It's CTRL-ALT-F7 in mine (1.21.6, Windows).

Windows! But the Cool Viewer - perhaps it's been changed. My apologies to the OP if this is the case.
