Avaria explore, animal handler? HELP

Need some help with this. Me and my wife has been exploring Avaria for quite some time now, gathering, building and trading things. All have been very fun up until we got hold of the Animal Handler Hud. What do you do with these things? We have tried to train them...nothing. We have tried to search and get some eggs.....nothing. I think we have tried most of the things but....nothing.
Anyone who has some more info on these hud?

Wrong place to ask. You need to ask on a forum or something owned by the makers of the game. I think the Explorers of Avaria group is the right place.

You'll get more (and more detailed) info if you ask on the official group, as suggested previously; but a quick hint: have a look around the trading post area in Avaria for a spot that looks like a hatchery. Have a look around the hatchery for a book. Read the book.

But sadly people don't seem to be as friendly in-world as in this forum. Tried the group and also talked to some people, but still nothing.
